What A Postcard Taught Me About Consistent, Intentioned Action

I got a postcard from my friend Dan this week.

There’s something special about a postcard. Or any physical, hand-written mail really. Because there’s care involved. It’s honest and real, and you know whoever sent it really took the time to think about you and be intentional with their outreach and mindfulness of your relationship.

Episode 9 of the Explore Inspired Show is about building intentional and consistent habits or outputs and being mindful about the aspects of your life that will be improved as a result.

Speaking on consistent, intentioned action, Dan sent 1 postcard everyday for 1 year, and continues to keep it going (though not daily) today. Read about his project here.
