How Running Has Played A Part In All My Crazy Adventures: “How Was Your Run Today?” Episode 98

Have you heard about the “How Was Your Run Today?” podcast?

How Was Your Run Today? is the hilarious weekly podcast by Peter Villa and Bryan Gould, featuring interviews with some amazing athletes, the guys’ own running updates, as well as just whatever banter comes to mind and makes them laugh.

I had the chance to join Peter and Bryan at the WGBH radio booth in the Boston Public Library and chat about my early entrepreneurial endeavors, share some never before told stories and stuff that didn’t make the film from “Between The Peaks,” and just talk about how running plays a role in my mountain athlete pursuits!

Subscribe on iTunes to stick with the show and all future episode, and tune in to Episode 98 (with me!) below for thoughts on training and travel, mountains and miles, and all things fun that result from the time put in pounding the pavement:

Episode description

Bryan has a not-entirely-surprising Millinocket Marathon reveal and Peter feels the sting of listener feedback. Plus, the “mad pooper” in the news reminds Bryan of a recent strange experience.

Then the guys head to the Boston Public Library for an in-depth chat with adventurer, runner, and filmmaker Jonathan Ronzio. They discuss his very early entrepreneurial beginnings, what it took to make his first film Between the Peaks, where the best trails are for mountain running, and what a life full of exercise, adventure, and art looks like.

Keep your eyes on the “chicken bus” and don’t stop until you reach Denali!
